What is your exchange policy?Updated a month ago
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags and/or hygiene liners still attached within 30 days of their ship date.
All promotional purchases, such as leggings redeemed with a Free Legging Code, free gifts, e-Gift Cards, or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once your return has been scanned in by the carrier or dropped off and, then confirmed, your new exchange order will be placed and will arrive within our usual shipping times.
Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to exchange lost returns using labels other than our own.
Footwear: Returns for all footwear must be returned in their original box.

What if I need to update my exchange request?
If you need to make any changes to an existing return or exchange request, including address updates, please reach out to our team over at [email protected] with your return code. Be sure to hold onto your return until any requested changes or updates are confirmed by our team.
Please note that we cannot make any changes to return or exchange requests once you’ve dropped off or mailed in your items.
